This includes sessions for Advance Directive and VADR filing, End of life care wishes, Disposition choices and documentation, Digital Legacy, Locate an Estate Planner, Pet plan, Medical Aid In Dying (VT Act 39) Q&A session, Memorial planning.
Cancellation Policy
Payment for services is required in advance. Cancellations: I ask that you give at least a 24 hr notice to cancel appointments, otherwise you will be charged. Refunds for workshops will be less 10% to cover credit card processing costs. Refunds for other doula services is pro-rated based on scope of work outlined in contract. I offer non-medical complementary care that is never intended to interfere with your medical or mental health treatment. I am not a health care professional. I encourage you to always seek appropriate professional support and care. As a holistic practitioner, I am registered with the VT Office of Professional Regulation License No. 164.0001744. Complaints of misconduct can be filed with the VT Secretary of State’s Office of Professional Regulation.
