~Music~

Lindsey loves all styles of music from showtunes and pop to classical and sacred music to various styles of chant from around the world. She has been a music teacher, performer and choral conductor for over 25 years and now loves to bring the Healing Arts to those nearing the end of their life. Moments making music with people in nursing homes, for bedside vigils, and for memorials and services are among the most meaningful in Lindsey’s life.

Lindsey has a lifetime of experience assisting individuals and congregations on their spiritual and healing journeys as organist, pianist, soloist and conductor. Contemplating death through music has been an important part of her life.

~Sacred Arts~

Lindsey is a practitioner of a variety of Sacred Arts. She has studied Buddhist chant and meditation with Bhikkhuni Sudhamma of Charlotte Buddhist Vihara, Tara Brach, as well as numerous monks and groups around the Montreal area.

As a Shamanic Practitioner she has studied with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Peter Clark of Shaman’s Flame, Susan Grimaldi, Sandra Ingerman, Renee Baribeau, and Evelyn Rysdyk. The sacred drum she works with was commissioned from Dan Maxon of Turtle Drums VT.

Lindsey serves as a Temple Keeper of the holy oil of Linden in the Rosa Mystica Mystery School, bestowing grace and compassion by helping to transmute fear of dying into acceptance and peace. She also weaves mindfulness and breathing techniques into her work with music students and workshop participants.
